At Bed Frame Shop, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Bedding and Comforter Sets (due to hygiene reasons)
- Pillows (due to hygiene reasons)
- Sheets (due to hygiene reasons)
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include all original packaging and accessories.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Bed Frame Shop.
