• Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in shipping carriers.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bed Frame Shop. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following details carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Bedding and Comforter Sets
• Pillows
• Sheets

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Bed Frame Shop.
